Overview

Brooks is a dynamic, fast paced, and growing leader in providing product and service solutions to the semiconductor automation industry.  We are seeking an energetic Business Systems Analyst Manager on Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules, that will lead a team of analysts to support and enhance the global business application footprint.  This individual will be responsible for the operational success, strategic alignment, and integration of activities across the business application footprint with other major organizational functions and key stakeholders. This includes support, development, and expansion of our global enterprise-wide Oracle ERP system and our integrated affinity applications.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a knowledge base and primary point of contact for the IT team, as well as for business users, for the given areas of responsibility.  Identify opportunities to streamline business practices for all Brooks sites and business units.
  • Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Documents / Functional Design Documents.  Interface with all major business groups.
  • Research, design, configure, test, document, and support implementation of system changes. Manage the impact of these changes and their effects across all business segments and locations.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach to managing team members and delivering automated solutions.  Provide guidance, support, and assistance to analysts with project deliverables, testing, and resolving issues when necessary to ensure overall success of project.
  • Provide daily support for ERP Production issues and enhancement projects.  Analyze and troubleshoot application and business issues as needed.
  • Participate in future system implementations across our global business application footprint.  This includes site preparation and planning, testing, and support.   Lead the execution and delivery of small and large scale initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to business groups and functional teams to enable growth and automation.
  • Partner closely with peers and IS/IT Management Team to prioritize objectives, meet project deadlines, and adhere to project budgets.

Education / Experience

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience supporting a tier-1 ERP application.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience with a Tier 1 ERP (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud). This includes functional use of the application, familiarity with roles and responsibilities, and experience with query tools. 
  • Prior management experience of people and projects strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting global manufacturing and distribution sites in a multi-org, multi-currency environment in all areas of Supply Chain.
  • Expertise in several of the following modules: Planning, Forecasting, Work in Process (discrete manufacturing), Costing, Inventory Management & Purchasing.
  • Experience with other applications such as Tableau, BI Publisher, Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint are a plus.
  • Experience supporting both on-prem and cloud (SaaS) applications.
  • Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity, and evolving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills at all levels within the organization.
