The Cryo Solutions group within Brooks Life Sciences is a small, diverse team developing leading-edge, end-to-end “cold-chain of custody” cryogenic automation and instrumentation solutions to advance scientific research and bring forth new medicines and therapies around the world.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a proven track record developing and managing world-class products and the passion to innovate new products that will continue to make a difference in the life science industry.
The Technical Product Manager will direct the development of company technical market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. You will monitor the development of business plans and product positioning in the marketplace and will reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing requirements plans. You will oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs as well as establishes pricing strategies. This role interacts with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Quality, and Sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s) and leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments to deliver winning products.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be working with a global team of Sales, Marketing, and Service members to exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Working collaboratively with Executive Management, you will define and implement the product vision while ensuring product and marketing efforts support Brook’s Life Sciences overall strategy and goals. You will become an expert in the competitive marketplace, product differentiation, product development and operating processes.
