Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst delivers global systems solutions supporting Finance, Tax, and Human Resources. Operates under the direction of an IT Manager, to analyze, design, develop, configure and maintain business information systems and procedures. Assist in project implementation process providing specific system and business expertise to solve production and maintenance issues. Provide work direction, guidance and technical assistance. Brooks is a dynamic and customer focused environment with rapidly evolving business priorities, including acquisitions and divestitures. In this opportunity you will apply your project management, communications, and collaboration skills to achieve results amid changing project priorities, working with all levels and business groups, both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Demonstrated understanding of and experience with a Tier 1 ERP (Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, JDE). This includes: functional use of the application, familiarity with roles and responsibilities, understanding of a multi-currency implementation, knowledge of database views and tables as it relates to the applicable business area, and familiarity with query tools used to retrieve data directly from the database. Experience with other applications such as HFM, Hyperion Planning, Salesforce, Workday, Tableau, BI Publisher, OTBI, Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint are a plus, as is experience supporting a global organization in any of the following functions: Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Human Resources.
