Overview

Brooks is a leading worldwide provider of automation, vacuum, and instrumentation solutions for multiple markets including semiconductor manufacturing, life sciences, and clean energy. We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer Intern. This is an internship position for the summer of 2021. The position is based out at Brooks Automation’s west coast office at Fremont, California and will be a remote-hybrid role.

Mechanical Engineer Intern will perform technical functions supporting Product Engineering team.
Activities include supporting the design/documentation of mechanical systems. Works from documentation verbal or written instruction, drawings or layout.

Candidate should be currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program working towards a Mechanical Engineer degree

Qualifications:

FEA/CFD Experience a plus
Lab work/reliability a plus
3D modeling, Pro/E a plus
