Intern Project Responsibilities:
There are a variety of project options available within the Customer Experience area of Marketing. This exciting role will allow the intern to select a few areas to focus on during the summer, depending on their interests!
Main Projects
All customer survey – We have recently surveyed all of our customer on their satisfaction. There are some preliminary data that we have available on easily reportable fields.
This project will be to: Analyze the results available so far and see if there are any trends or things that should be addressed by the business. Also compare 2019 and 2020 results, and 2021 results. Analyze the customer free text questions so we can gain insights and find common themes. Identify any individuals referenced in the survey for recognition. Overlay data from the survey with customer data we have in our systems. Collect Customer Feedback utilizing SmartSheets.
Daily satisfaction survey
Collect and organize the data from the Daily Satisfaction Survey Analyze verbatims to find trends Utilize SmartSheets to collect customer feedback.
UAT Customer Journey Testing
Work through UAT scenarios as a customer on the service order forms to look for areas of improvement. Review others UAT scenario walk-through. Gain experience using Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Hubpsot to look for real time customer journeys.
Preferred Degree Programs/Skills/Unique Capabilities:
Marketing, service design (or human centered design). Informatics or Biology degrees would be helpful and a plus.
Interest or experience with Customer Experience in any of the above disciplines could also be helpful.
Intern Key Deliverables:
Provide customers with solutions that encompass all capabilities within Brooks Life Sciences
