Overview

Brooks Automation is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Director, based in Chelmsford, MA.   Brooks is a leading worldwide provider of automation and vacuum solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. 

Primary responsibility will be to develop and lead the Global TA Team as well as all Global Talent Acquisition strategies and programs.   This includes leading a team focused on full cycle recruitment activities, responsibility for designing, implementing and executing innovative sourcing strategies and utilizing the latest advancements in Talent Acquisition technology.

Responsibilities will include strategic initiatives around employment branding, diversity, university relations, sourcing and assessment.  

This leader will develop and implement cutting edge sourcing strategies to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands

This leader will foster and drive diversity in all aspects of the Talent Acquisition function and strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated deep expertise in sourcing candidates
  • Experience leading global teams with proven organizational development and talent management capabilities
  • Experience in developing analytics, tools, and processes that help drive efficiencies and improve overall KPIs and metrics.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong project management skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy
  • Very strong negotiation and influencing skills
