This position will develop, measure and optimize digital marketing programs for the SRS business line with Brooks Life Sciences. The candidate should be familiar with computer logic in order to set up automation correctly as well as foresee the effects of new automation on what is already set up in the system. Ideally, this person will have hands-on experience building, executing and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using Pardot, Hubspot, or other similar automation and CRM tools. This person will gather requirements and translate business needs into execution. This includes the responsibility for executing multiple projects at a time and ensuring that these projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed performance goals. Knowledge of SalesForce is a plus. The candidate will also be responsible for updating the Brooks Life Sciences website as needed.

Marketing Team, Sales Team, Operations Team
Responsibilities (maximum 8 key tasks and responsibilities of this position):
Drive and lead the strategy and execution of all marketing automation campaigns through Pardot
Support product marketing, sales teams, marketing programs and/or accelerate prospect engagement
Assist with creation and maintenance of an email campaign calendar, and use it to collaborate with internal team members
Create targeted lists for high rates of engagement and improve metrics
Develop lead nurturing process to make sure there is timely follow-up of leads generated by marketing
Assist with maintenance of our database including new records, data appending and cleansing
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, experience, abilities, and other requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role utilizing DRIP campaigns (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HTML required
Pardot experience preferred
Droople experience preferred
SalesForce experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision and can be fully responsible for steps of the campaign process
Team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to be flexible
A proven track record of completing projects on time with a high-level accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
