Brooks Life Science Services is searching for an ambitious Sales Executive to take primary ownership of existing accounts and partnerships and more importantly define the opportunity strategy to sell cold storage transport services whereby establishing a growing book of business.
Key Focus Areas:
Responsible/ Accountable for the creation and implementation of a strategic and tactical sales plan for the assigned territory and/or specific services.
Sells services and products of the company through a variety of sales methods including, but not limited to, telesales, face to face meeting, strategic partnerships and leads from Territory Account Reps.
Promotes the brand of the company
Manages the creation and follow up of sales proposals
Provides on-going support and service to existing clients and act as a liaison between the client and Brooks Life Sciences
Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs and pricing
Manages and maintains a customer lead database
Attends internal and external training in cases where it may benefit the BDM to have increased knowledge e.g. ultra-low freezer sales training
Provides regular written reports to Sales leadership regarding activities as they relate opportunity management and monitoring the health of the sales pipeline and customer relationships
Candidate Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Attributes):
You have a bachelor's degree and have career level experience selling transportation/logistics
You are an active listener and able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships
You are self-motivated and exhibit the drive to seek out work and meet established goals
You are a critical thinker and have proficient knowledge of activities involved in selling a product/ service
