Client Coordinator, Clinical Project Management (m/f/d)

Your new professional challenge

As Client Coordinator within our Project Management team you will provide support to the Project Managers in their day-to-day tasks to ensure successful study management including study monitoring, and to deliver solutions to clients, partners, and alliances.

  • Support Brooks Life Sciences´ Project Managers with assigned tasks, including record reviews and requisition creation.

  • Monitor and coordinate projects, including kit provision and logistics, monitoring critical study milestones, sample management, lab services support and providing training.

  • Contribute to project definitions design and upload, develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Run sample inventories and preparation of reports on, including table and figure preparation according to client and Project Manager needs.

  • Be a trusted partner for our customers, keep them informed about the status of their projects and follow up on issues on a regular basis.

  • Coordinate client access to Data Base (BioInventory and web BioInventory).

  • Maintain template documents and standard method/procedure repository.

  • Create outbound and discard shipment requests received from customers.

  • Participate in and assists Project Managers with pre-initiation and other study related meetings.

Your profile

  • Degree in Life Sciences or related field or

  • Realschulabschluss, Abitur/Fachhochschulreife, or successful completion of an apprenticeship in a medical and/or pharmaceutical profession.

  • Experience in regulated industry environment preferred.

  • Strong organizational skill and attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.

  • Enjoy working in an international team.

  • Be customer oriented.

  • Good verbal and written communications skills.

  • Ability to engage in effective problem-solving conversations.

  • English spoken and written (C1 level).

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables and Gantt charts.
