Develops strategies and architectures for systems or enterprise-wide practice solutions. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies for solutions based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs and existing systems infrastructure. Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. Provides technical marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex operating systems. Makes presentations on all aspects of products. Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications. Implements detailed customer installation plans. Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Customer Requirements Analysis – Work with the customer to define and document requirements specifications, trace matrix, workflow, and business requirements as it pertains to the use of Brooks software products.
Configuration – Configure customer solutions for Limfinity based software and support documentation. Develop configurations to fulfil approved requirements and work with team to deliver fully configured customer solutions. Includes scripting in Ruby programming language. Write design document, customer functional requirements, and program specifications.
Customer Service Support – Work with the customer and support team to define issues and troubleshoot/analyse root causes. Define work around, retest fixes and resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner. Utilize work management system and support ticketing systems to track, manage and report on work assignments, tickets/issues by priority, severity, assignee, customer, etc. Document test plans, scripts and reports. Train customers on product functionality and configured solution.
Product & Services Demo’s and presentations. Organize mini-demos, full demos, on-site meetings and internal meetings.
Sales Support – Find additional opportunities of business development at client’s companies. Collaborate with Sales team to ensure these opportunities are effectively contemplated and/or in progress.
